☆*:・゚ It’s been a bright, hot week, which isn’t always the most comfortable to walk around in, but makes for amazing natural lighting indoors, and more importantly, for my bookstagram ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° )

☆*:・゚ My friend Steph visited from San Francisco at the beginning of the week, and we caught up over matcha flavoured desserts at A La Mousse! She’s one of my few friends who’s actually enjoying her job, and the positivity was welcome. I miss her so much!

☆*:・゚ Got a Lyft to the gym for <$5; usually I get it $5-$7, 3x/wk.

☆*:・゚ This week’s edition of rainy day baking was zucchini bread! It was my first time trying it and I followed this recipe.
April
Currently, my life is mostly filled with swimming, books, and friends. Completely ideal. But I think I need to get out of my comfort zone and get back to being productive, learning skills, and creating things.

☆*:・゚ It’s not usually fun having to stay up late to get something done, like writing this blog post late Sunday night/early Monday morning to publish later Monday morning. But I feel blessed to be writing this so late, because that means that I’ve just had an amazing Sunday evening having friends over, cooking together, eating together, watching Game of Thrones together, and scrolling through Twitter together until midnight. More late nights and good memories, early mornings and happy writing, please! There are only three more episodes left of the season, but I would love to continue having friends over for dinner once a week even after Game of Thrones is over.
