Friend hired me to be her photographer for graduation! It was such a crazy day. I popped by Haverford’s graduation in the morning to say hi and bye to my seniors, left before the ceremony actually started so that I could make it to Bryn Mawr in time for my shoot with Friend, and left before the ceremony started so that I could catch my ride to begin my west coast road trip.
We got some shots of the whole family.
Some one-on-one shots with the graduate.
Some standard graduation mugs.
And some experimental artsy ones at a mirror for me.
Friend was so sweet and kept asking me how I was holding up throughout the shoot, but it was her day and I wasn’t about to let physical tire get in the way of that! It was a cold, wet day on campus filled with parents, so not exactly the most ideal setting. It was hard finding places to shoot on campus because of the rain, and many of the dry locations were reserved, but we found a few places. The first three photos were taken in the Cloisters, and what you don’t see are all the tables and chairs that were spread out outside the crop. The last two photos were taken in the Denbigh dance studio.
I can’t believe that this will be me next year… A graduate!
